Adult pompons with dorsal fins and Far Eastern finnage
These fish are oriental twintails with long finnage, deeply forked tails and relatively shallow body depth, bearing the frilly nasal septa development.
Orange fish shown at GSGB 2005, with large nasal septa; ideally, these would be the same size as each other.

On Chinese goldfish websites, you will see pompons with and without the dorsal fin, and with short fins (fantail
